01 General Terms

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 456bf platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as a non-registered visitor — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and that you accept and agree to be bound by it. This Agreement applies to all use of the 456bf website, mobile interface, and any associated applications or services.

1.2 Amendments to This Agreement

456bf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the 456bf platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

1.3 Governing Law

This Agreement and all matters arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 456bf is an online entertainment platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 456bf makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate in any specific jurisdiction other than where it operates.

1.4 Language of Agreement

This Agreement is written in English. Any translation provided for convenience does not alter the binding English-language version. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

The 456bf platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are aged 18 or above at the time of registration. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception. 456bf takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously and will take immediate action — including permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance — against any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18.

2.2 Age Verification

456bf reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority. Until satisfactory age verification is provided, 456bf may at its discretion restrict deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity on the account in question.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

456bf primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 456bf complies with any laws, regulations, or restrictions applicable in their place of residence or access. 456bf does not warrant that the platform is available or lawful for use in all geographic locations.

2.4 One Account per Player

Each individual player may hold only one registered 456bf account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of the 456bf platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, phone number, and a preferred payment method registered in your name.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and not misleading. 456bf reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of account balances.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 456bf account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any other person's account. 456bf will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Updating Account Information

You are required to keep your registered account information current at all times. If any of your details change — including your email address, phone number, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawals or verification checks.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC)

456bf may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require you to submit copies of official identification documents and proof of your registered payment method. KYC verification is a standard industry practice designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

456bf accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (City Bank), Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted using a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not permitted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the 456bf platform is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 456bf reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to 456bf are processed as promptly as possible. The majority of mobile wallet withdrawal requests (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) submitted during standard operating hours are completed within minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. 456bf does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

456bf reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal payments pending completion of KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements, or an ongoing security review. In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, 456bf may freeze withdrawal requests while an investigation is conducted. Players will be notified of any such hold via the email address registered to their account.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the 456bf platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a payment is initiated in a currency other than BDT, the applicable conversion rate at the time of processing will apply. 456bf is not responsible for currency conversion losses or fees charged by third-party financial institutions.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

456bf offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and this Agreement, the specific offer terms shall take precedence in relation to that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds credited to a 456bf account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be turned over in eligible real-money wagers before a withdrawal can be made. Bets placed using bonus funds in restricted game categories do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. 456bf reserves the right to decline bonus claims from players who, in its reasonable judgement, are exploiting promotional offers rather than using the platform for genuine entertainment purposes.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any activity that 456bf determines, in its reasonable judgement, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, or systematically identifying and exploiting low-margin wagering strategies solely to clear bonus requirements — may result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and suspension of the account.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

456bf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Once a bonus has been successfully claimed and credited to an account, the wagering requirements applicable at the time of claiming will remain in effect for that bonus regardless of subsequent changes to the offer.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Accepted Bets and Wagers

456bf accepts bets and wagers on the sports, casino games, and other entertainment products available through the platform at any given time. The range of available betting markets, odds, and game titles may change at any time at 456bf's discretion. Not all markets or games may be available at all times, and 456bf does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific bet type, market, or game.

6.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet or wager placed on the 456bf platform is confirmed and binding when a confirmation message is displayed to the player following placement. It is the player's responsibility to verify that all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. 456bf will not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where specifically provided for in the applicable market rules.

6.3 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds displayed on the 456bf platform are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. In live in-play markets, odds update continuously and reflect current match conditions. 456bf reserves the right to suspend any market at any time — including during live events — if it determines that suspension is necessary for integrity, technical, or operational reasons.

6.4 Void Bets

456bf reserves the right to void any bet or wager in circumstances including but not limited to: clear pricing errors, market data feed failures, events that are cancelled or abandoned before completion, or evidence of fraudulent activity associated with the relevant market. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

6.5 Responsible Gambling in Betting

All bets placed on the 456bf platform are placed voluntarily and at the player's own risk. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and bet limits through their account settings. 456bf strongly advises against chasing losses. 07 User Obligations

7.1 Lawful Use Only

You agree to use the 456bf platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. You must not use the platform to engage in, facilitate, or promote any illegal activity — including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or the circumvention of any applicable gambling laws or regulations.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456bf platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 456bf platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with 456bf's systems, databases, or security infrastructure.

7.3 Communication Standards

When communicating with 456bf staff — whether through the support email or any other channel — you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at 456bf staff will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.

7.4 Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made through your 456bf account. 456bf is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through normal use of the platform. You confirm that you are not using funds for gambling that you cannot afford to lose, and that you are not gambling as a means to address financial difficulties.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 456bf

456bf reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred or is suspected; a security risk has been identified; or the account is subject to a regulatory inquiry or legal process. During a suspension, access to account funds may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.

8.2 Permanent Closure by 456bf

Following investigation of a suspended account, 456bf may determine that permanent closure is appropriate. In cases where closure results from proven fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or serious breach of this Agreement, 456bf reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. In cases where closure results from other breaches, remaining balances (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request voluntary closure of your 456bf account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 456bf will process any pending withdrawals of the remaining balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering obligations on active bonuses — bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 12 months are available. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be fully suspended — no deposits, bets, or withdrawals (other than withdrawal of the existing balance on request) will be permitted. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456bf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses incurred through betting and gaming activity. 456bf's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 456bf platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 456bf or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 456bf content without prior written permission. Game titles, provider names, and software trademarks remain the property of their respective owners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others).

Privacy

Your use of the 456bf platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific offer terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 456bf with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
